The week was defined by Compute Brief, a new application built end-to-end: schema layer, AI conversation orchestration, API, full interface, and streaming output all committed from scratch. Gridiron Guesser absorbed two roster audit cycles, one of which introduced a mechanism for dropping career stops that were signed but never played. Tank Raid advanced toward a first authored level without landing committed work.
01 · COMPUTE BRIEF
Compute Brief moved from an empty repository to a working application this week. The foundation is a schema layer that models workload specifications and conversation turns with full validation. Built on top of it is an AI conversation layer — system and narrative prompts, a Together AI provider abstraction, and an orchestrator that drives multi-turn exchanges toward a structured brief. The interface brings it together: a chat panel, a live Workload Brief panel updated as the model responds, and an export screen with JSON and Markdown outputs. Late in the week the conversation layer was refactored to stream responses rather than block, and the layout was reworked for mobile.

04 · GRIDIRON GUESSER
Two roster audit cycles merged this week. The first corrected Odell Beckham Jr.'s return to the Giants after going unsigned in 2025, and removed a phantom Raiders stint from Amari Cooper's record — a stop that was signed but never played, making his route misleading to anyone who knows the career. To handle that class of correction cleanly, the audit introduced a dedicated phantom-stints mechanism with its own drop script. The second cycle addressed Devin White's move to Detroit and Jadeveon Clowney's return to Houston. Both audits ran the full set of flagged players through source verification and found the existing records accurate for all but the confirmed corrections.
